Qualifications

• Fifteen years of progressive IT Shared Services leadership experience.
• Ten years in leadership roles delivering large transformation programs in matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading IT Shared Services in a healthcare payer environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the enterprise IT strategy for PPM, QE, BSA, and UAT.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps and governance for technology delivery.
• Optimize resource and capacity planning and align with organizational strategy.
• Partner with business and clinical leaders to accelerate high-quality technology delivery.
