Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare provider or multi-site organization.
- Experience advising executives and supporting governance bodies with clear recommendations.
- Experience leading technology governance, demand intake, portfolio prioritization, and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology governance, business engagement, portfolio coordination, and regional partnership.
- Translate business and clinical priorities into coordinated technology initiatives and decisions.
- Oversee technology intake, governance, escalation, and delivery ownership with CTO alignment.
- Provide concise, fact-based reporting on portfolio performance, priorities, and risks.
- Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for governance and enterprise engagement.
