Easterseals NH & VT is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations to lead secure, reliable, scalable technology services across New Hampshire and Vermont. Reporting to the CIO, this role drives infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, governance, vendor management, and IT financial management to support mission-critical programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years IT leadership in infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology operations.
• Credentials such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, CRISC, or PMP preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or multi-site environments preferred.
• Strong budgeting, vendor management, and risk governance skills.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technology operations across all business lines and locations.
• Lead cybersecurity and information security operations and risk remediation.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Drive technology lifecycle planning and modernization priorities.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align roadmaps with organizational goals.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
