- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years leadership experience in healthcare systems
- 7+ years management experience in multi-site programs
- Experience leading EHR implementations and migrations
- Strong data governance, analytics and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for the Program Systems portfolio
- Oversee EHR migrations, system configuration, data migration and implementation
- Develop multi-year Program Systems roadmap aligned with organizational strategy
- Manage program systems budget, investment planning and vendor relationships
- Lead organizational change management and user adoption efforts
