Expion Health is building the future of pharmacy economics. We seek an AI Solutions Manager to drive our AI transformation, turning workflow opportunities into production-ready AI solutions used daily across departments.

You'll work hands-on with Claude, Copilot, and automation platforms to deliver AI-powered workflows, integrations, and tools. Collaborate with CTO, IT, and Business Transformation leads to translate business problems into scalable tech solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building with AI tools.
• Fluent with LLM-based tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), no-code/low-code platforms, and API integrations.
• Strong prompt engineering skills for production-quality outputs.
• Experience building workflow automations usable by non-technical users.
• Able to bridge business and technical teams and communicate effectively.
• Self-directed with ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Thrives in startup-like settings with evolving roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered workflow solutions across Expion Health's departments—from document processing to analytics.
• Configure and optimize AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Power Automate, Zapier, Make) for specific business use cases.
• Develop reusable prompt frameworks and AI templates for AI Champions and teams.
• Collaborate with IT on scalable API integrations and data connections.
• Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and bring back actionable insights.
• Own the AI Champions program's technical layer and prototype workflow ideas.
• Support analytics and data enablement by embedding AI into development workflows.
