Job summary

OptimizeRx, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Vice President of Data & Analytics Products to define the vision, strategy, and execution for its data, analytics, and AI-powered product portfolio.

You will partner across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Commercial teams to translate proprietary healthcare data into scalable products that enhance audience development, media planning, and campaign measurement for pharma brands.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Product Management experience.
• 7+ years leading product organizations.
• Experience building commercial data products.
• Experience with cloud-scale data platforms.
• Experience commercializing analytics products.
• Strong understanding of claims, EHR, and other healthcare or life sciences data.
• Experience working with engineering and data science organizations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience building AI models, including deployment in production environments.
• Experience with fundamentals of advanced analytics and Machine Learning (ML) workflows.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of marketing analytics, market research, or data-driven insights in life science industry.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or life science industry, required.

Responsibilities

• Define short- and long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product portfolio.
• Prioritize product investments balancing value, opportunity, feasibility, and importance.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from discovery to commercialization.
• Establish product management best practices and governance.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to turn analytics into commercial products.
• Ensure HIPAA, regulatory, and responsible AI compliance.
• Mentor and develop a Technical Product Manager.
