Job summary

Expion Health is seeking a VP of Technology Operations to align business priorities with scalable technology, data, and product solutions. You\'ll lead a mixed team of employees and contractors, owning a substantial technology budget and collaborating with the Chief Transformation Officer.

You will shape enterprise platform roadmaps, drive product delivery, and build cross-functional partnerships to accelerate innovation in pharmacy economics for health plans, employers, and PBMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, computer science, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology and business architecture within healthcare payer environments.
• Experience building technology strategy to advance business models in medical claims cost management.
• Ability to scale technology operations and collaborate with business leaders to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology leadership and partner with CIO/CTO to translate business priorities into scalable tech, data, and product solutions.
• Own roadmaps, architecture, and cross-functional delivery across product, delivery, and platform functions.
• Guide engineering, operations, and client-facing teams to align with roadmap priorities and ensure successful rollouts.
• Develop data-driven strategies, insights, and recommendations to meet strategic goals.
• Manage budget and resources; build scalable solutions with architects and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business leaders to deliver integrated capabilities.
