You will drive adoption, govern launches, optimize technology operations, and deliver KPIs that fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, product, operations, strategy, business transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in Technology Operations, Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Experience launching and scaling enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or digital products.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology solutions.
• Experience driving product adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Strategy & Portfolio Management to align investments with business goals.
• Oversee Product Commercialization & Go-to-Market Leadership for technology products.
• Drive Adoption & Change Management across Learning, Customer Success and adoption programs.
• Oversee Technology Operations & Execution, aligning roadmaps with business priorities.
• Define KPIs and deliver executive dashboards and insights.
