Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native apps.
• Hands-on AI-powered application development with LLMs, tools, retrieval, and orchestration.
• Strong Python proficiency and modern software engineering practices (APIs, tests, CI/CD, observability).
• Experience on AWS services listed above; security architecture and governance understanding.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable agentic AI systems capable of multi-step workflows.
• Build platform capabilities for orchestration, memory, tool integration, observability, governance.
• Define patterns balancing AI reasoning with deterministic software for reliability and auditability.
• Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, and business teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Develop secure integrations with internal platforms, data sources, tooling, and operations.
• Establish testing/evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and performance.
• Drive engineering best practices across development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across initiatives.
