Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our AI Engineering platforms. You will design developer-centric tools and services, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to enable scalable AI products across the firm.

You will shape the platform vision, prioritize features, and own PRDs, while embedding responsible AI principles and cloud multi-provider strategies to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or developer tools.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, MLOps practices, data architectures, and distributed systems.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for our AI Engineering platforms, aligning with business objectives and AI/ML trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Strat, Data Science, customers, and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive platform roadmap and feature set.
• Gather requirements, write PRDs for features, and drive cross-functional delivery.
• Advocate for internal developer, strat, and data scientist customers; translate needs into prioritized requirements and user stories.
• Stay current with AI trends and integrate cutting-edge capabilities into the roadmap.
• Develop and manage cloud strategy to build resilient, cost-effective AI infrastructure across providers.
