Job summary

The Vice President, Technology Strategy & Operations at AMN Healthcare leads the operating model that supports the development, commercialization, adoption, and scaling of AMN's technology solutions. This role partners with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to align technology investments with business objectives and client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of progressive experience in technology, product, operations, strategy, business transformation, or related leadership roles OR
High School Diploma/GED and 19+ years of equivalent experience.
Experience launching and scaling enterprise software, SaaS platforms, technology-enabled services, or digital products.
Experience developing go-to-market strategies for technology solutions.
Experience driving product adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead technology growth strategies and operational priorities.
Oversee technology portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and business case development.
Drive launches and adoption for technology products and enhancements.
