Blackstone is seeking a highly experienced Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Leader within BXTI to establish, drive, and continuously grow the firm’s technology resilience capabilities across infrastructure, applications, platforms, cloud services, and end-user technology.

This role reports to Enterprise Technology with a dotted line to the global Business Continuity Leader and is accountable for recovery readiness, governance, and program delivery.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in technology risk, resilience, disaster recovery, or enterprise tech leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale BCP/DR or resilience programs in a complex enterprise.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity management, operational resilience, cyber recovery, incident command, and cloud recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain technology resilience strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, and controls for continuity, recovery, resilience, cyber recovery, and crisis management.
• Define metrics, KPIs, and executive reporting on technology resilience.
• Lead technology disaster recovery program across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Coordinate with engineering, security, and business units to ensure readiness and testing of recovery plans.
