Job summary

Blackstone Group L.P. seeks a seasoned professional bridging product, business analysis and engineering. You will lead cross‑functional workstreams with Finance, Operations, Real Estate and Private Equity to design scalable, coded solutions that automate complex processes and calculations.

The role blends product, analysis and engineering, requiring strong technical fluency and the ability to drive measurable efficiencies across a global team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering.
• Degree in Finance, Engineering, CS or Mathematics or related field.
• Experience in real estate or private equity is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Experience with Python, SQL, data pipelines, or backend logic.
• Familiarity with modern data/BI tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into structured technical requirements and data models.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems into code-based solutions.
• Design and implement solutions using Python, SQL and cloud services.
• Contribute to architecture discussions balancing performance and scalability.
• Lead project delivery milestones and stakeholder updates.
• Lead UAT to validate logic, data integrity and behavior.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation and validation.
• Collaborate with offshore/affiliates with clear technical communication.
