Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) is seeking a highly experienced Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Leader to establish, drive, and grow the firm’s technology resilience across infrastructure, applications, platforms, cloud services, and end‑user technology.

Responsibilities

• Technology Resilience Strategy & Governance: Develop and maintain resilience strategy, standards, and operating model; establish governance frameworks and controls; define resilience metrics and executive reporting; embed resilience into architecture reviews and cloud adoption.
• Technology Recovery Planning: Ensure critical services have documented recovery plans; set standards for RTOs/RPOs; maintain service inventory mapping dependencies; ensure accountability for readiness.
• Disaster Recovery Readiness: Lead DR program across cloud and on‑premise platforms; validate recovery architectures and failover capabilities; identify failure points and remediation priorities; support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Testing: Establish reporting on preparedness, testing results, residual risks, and remediation progress.
