Job summary

Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) seeks a senior leader to drive enterprise service management transformation and platform modernization across the firm. You will partner with Corporate and Operational units to align service delivery with business goals, while championing AI, automation, and data-driven improvements throughout the organization.

The role emphasizes leadership across multiple functions, accountability for outcomes, and the delivery of a high‑impact transformation agenda

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Technology Transformation.
• Experience with Service Management, IT Operations, Digital Workplace, and Enterprise Platforms is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in enterprise-scale service delivery, platform modernization, or shared services.
• Demonstrated leadership with accountability for program outcomes and execution.
• Proven experience building relationships across investment teams and corporate functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience balancing strategic vision with execution-level detail.
• Proven success driving digital transformation through AI, automation, analytics, and process optimization.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple technical teams and business partners.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.
• ITIL v4 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an Enterprise Service Management strategy, operating model, governance, and transformation roadmap.
• Drive modernization of the Service Management ecosystem through AI, automation, workflow orchestration, and predictive analytics.
• Own the digital employee experience including self-service, knowledge management, and omnichannel engagement.
• Oversee enterprise service delivery across Technology, HR, Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and other functions.
