Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a Vice President for Technology M&A Integration in Foundation Engineering to lead tech integration for acquisitions from signing through convergence in Dallas. You will coordinate across Engineering, Cybersecurity, Risk, and Infrastructure to ensure secure, efficient integration with favorable value realization.

The role requires deep experience managing multi-workstream programs, strong executive communication, and a best-in-class approach to transition-state architectures

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program management or related field.
• Experience leading multi-workstream programs for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures or large transformations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, data migration, identity & access, security and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology integration for acquired companies.
• Develop integration roadmaps, plans and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and business sponsors.
• Provide executive reporting and maintain program controls and risk management.
