Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President for Technology M&A Integration to lead post-signing technology integration with acquired companies. You will work across Legal, Risk, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Banking teams to ensure smooth Day 1 readiness and ongoing platform convergence.

The role requires strong execution, broad tech knowledge, executive presence, and the ability to balance speed, cost, and control while delivering strategic value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program management or related fields.
• Experience leading tech workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, or major transformations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream programs with senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, SaaS governance, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology due diligence for acquisitions across multiple domains.
• Develop integration roadmaps and execution plans with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate post-signing integration, Day 1 readiness, and platform convergence.
• Communicate effectively with executives and business sponsors.
