Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President in Foundation Engineering M&A Integration to ensure secure, efficient integration of acquisitions while preserving innovation. You will lead cross‑functional teams across diligence, transition planning, Day 1 readiness, and platform convergence, coordinating multiple workstreams globally.

Applicants should have 10+ years in tech program management and a strong grasp of cloud, data migration, identity, access management, and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology program management, enterprise systems integration, or related discipline.
• Experience leading technology workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large transformations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, on-premises infra, data migration, identity and access management, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Technology Due Diligence: assess technology estates, risks, and operational constraints.
• Integration Execution: lead end-to-end workstreams, delivery plans, governance and reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with executives and cross-functional partners; influence decisions.
• Strategic Process Optimization: improve playbooks, frameworks, metrics, and migration readiness.
