Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of software development experience with data structures, algorithms, and CD/CI practices.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders, verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced global teams.
• Experience managing small to mid-size teams preferred.
• Strong programming in at least one compiled language (Java/C++).
• Full Stack experience with React, SpringBoot, DropWizard, Maven, RESTful services.
• Knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to Finance areas.
• Build relationships with business partners to understand needs.
• Develop specifications, high-level and detailed design, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Manage end-to-end systems development lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Evaluate new technologies and apply to projects as needed.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
