Job summary

You will shape end-to-end strategy execution, governance, and continuous improvements within a fast-paced Payments Operations environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fraud strategy, analytics, or risk management in financial services or payments.
• Proven leadership of analytical teams with coaching and talent development.
• Strong business acumen, data-driven decision making and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud detection performance for assigned portfolios within risk thresholds.
• Lead and develop a team of fraud strategy analysts, set priorities and coach growth.
• Identify trends, develop and monitor detection rules to mitigate risk.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Operations and Data Science for fraud capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end strategy implementation: requirements, testing, release, monitoring.
