The Tarrant County College District (TCCD) invites applications for the role of Vice President, Student Affairs, Connect Campus. Reporting to the campus president, the VPSA will lead a One College system of programs and services to support student access, recruitment, retention, success, and completion at the Connect Campus.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree and at least five years of administrative experience in student services, with prior leadership in large, multi-campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Five years of administrative experience in Student Services or Student Development.
• Three years of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise Campus President on student success matters.
• Foster a culture of student success across campus.
• Lead enrollment strategies to meet college goals.
• Develop strategies to improve the student learning environment using KPIs.
• Ensure programs and services deliver positive student access and outcomes.
