Job summary

Mt. San Jacinto College is seeking a Vice President of Student Services to lead a comprehensive districtwide Student Services program that supports access, equity, and student success across campuses.

The role reports to the Superintendent/President and oversees Enrollment Services, Counseling, Financial Aid, and related programs. The incumbent will design and implement strategies to improve student achievement and retention, manage personnel, and collaborate with executive leadership to align

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution; transcripts included.
• One year of formal leadership experience reasonably related to the administrator's assignment.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience that includes the development and management of programs supporting student success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and administer admissions, records, registration, graduation, counseling, financial aid, and student services.
• Set the vision for the division focusing on student access, equity, and success.
• Develop and administer all regulations and policies relating to the Student Services division.
