Job summary

Mt. San Jacinto College seeks a Vice President of Student Services to lead enrollment services, counseling, financial aid, and student life districtwide.

As Chief Student Services Officer, you will plan, direct, and evaluate a comprehensive program to support access, equity, and success. The role requires collaborative leadership with other VPs, a focus on data-driven decision making, and the ability to develop policies and budgets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution; transcripts required.
• One year of formal training, internship, or leadership experience.
• Four years of progressively responsible experience that includes development/implementation and/or management of programs that support student success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and administer admissions, records, registration, graduation, counseling, athletics, financial aid, and student services activities.
• Collaborate with Instruction on high school outreach, articulation, dual enrollment, and matriculation.
• Prepare Board reports and documents for the Student Services division.
• Coordinate program reviews and assessment for the Student Services division.
• Work with senior leaders to integrate student services with instruction and college operations.
