Job summary

Tarrant County College is seeking a Vice President of Student Affairs for the Connect Campus. Reporting to the campus president, you will create and coordinate a One College system of programs to support student access, recruitment, retention, and completion at the Connect Campus.

You will supervise staff, guide enrollment strategies, and provide oversight for student services while collaborating with district leadership to improve student success metrics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Five (5) years of administrative experience in Student Services or Student Development.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a One College system of programs supporting student access and success.
• Provide strategic oversight for Student Affairs across the campus.
• Collaborate with academic affairs and college stakeholders to drive enrollment strategies.
