Job Description

Our client is hiring a VP, Strategy & Operations to work closely with the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and senior leadership team on the company’s highest-priority initiatives. This person will lead enterprise strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional alignment across a global SaaS business. The scope runs from defining the work to driving execution and making it stick, including operating cadences, governance, KPI frameworks, market analysis, and company-wide programs. The role also builds out corporate development capabilities, supports M&A target identification and build-buy-partner decisions, leads competitive intelligence, and contributes to investor relations, Board materials, and CEO prep. A meaningful part of the mandate is driving AI-enabled transformation, identifying and rolling out automation and AI tools that improve scale, productivity, and operating effectiveness. The right candidate brings 8+ years of experience from MBB or a top-tier strategy boutique, plus progressive leadership experience scaling operations in high-growth environments and strong exposure to SaaS or technology businesses.
