Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to sit at the center of Corporate Development and Strategy & Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will work with the VP of Strategy & Operations, CEO, and senior leaders on strategic planning, market intelligence, investor/board support, and cross-functional execution. The role emphasizes business-case development, executive-ready recommendations, and assessing competitive dynamics, with a focus on enabling enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting (MBB or top-tier boutique) or equivalent.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation and senior executives.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Hybrid work model with onsite 3 days per week in Charlotte or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, market intelligence, and investor/board support.
• Drive cross-functional execution with clear timelines and success metrics.
• Build business cases and executive-ready recommendations.

Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

Location: Charlotte or Washington, DC | Type: Full-time, Hybrid | Experience: 5+ years

You'll sit at the center of the Corporate Development / Strategy & Operations function at a high-growth SaaS company, working closely with the VP of Strategy & Operations, CEO, and senior leadership. The role spans strategic planning, market intelligence, investor and board support, and cross-functional execution. You'll keep complex programs moving with clear timelines, deliverables, and success metrics, while also building business cases, shaping executive-ready recommendations, and assessing competitive dynamics and business performance.

This person also helps improve planning cadence, workflows, and overall organizational effectiveness. Part of the job is spotting practical ways to use AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms to improve efficiency and team output.

The right background includes 5+ years in MBB or a top-tier strategy boutique, plus additional experience in SaaS, technology, or another high-growth environment. Experience supporting enterprise transformation work and senior executives in a global, matrixed organization is important. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in either Charlotte or Washington, DC.
