Highwire is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to lead the growth and execution of our strategy function, collaborating with client teams and internal specialists to craft insight-driven, measurable campaigns.

You will mentor junior strategists, guide cross‑functional work from discovery to activation, and help win new business by developing compelling pitch narratives anchored in data and client goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build senior-level client relationships.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated strategy solutions.
• Ability to pitch strategies and drive growth within existing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the EVP, Strategy to develop and implement strategic frameworks addressing client challenges.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Partner with Intelligence Group to ground strategies in measurable frameworks and track performance.
• Mentor junior strategists and drive development of the strategy function.
