Qualifications

15+ years of experience in strategy and growth consulting for enterprise clients.
Experience building consulting practices, capabilities, or multidisciplinary teams.
Strong executive facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience integrating research, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities into strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead CMB’s Strategy & Decision Enablement Practice and define its vision and operating model.
Advise executive clients on growth, customer, innovation, and competitive decisions.
Expand executive relationships and develop scalable advisory offerings.
Represent CMB in strategic discussions and client engagements.
