Job summary

Chadwick Martin Bailey, Inc. (CMB) seeks a VP, Strategy Consulting to lead a cross-disciplinary team delivering insights-powered growth guidance for senior marketing and business leaders.

You will build scalable advisory offerings and drive strategic pursuits while partnering with Growth, Research, Analytics, and Industry Leaders. You will serve as an external leader, expanding executive relationships, shaping opportunities from early conversations to implementation, and representing CMB in

Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategy and growth consulting for enterprise clients.
• Experience building consulting practices, solutions, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating research, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, activation, and strategy.
• Strong executive facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Travel, Technology & Platforms, Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, Retail and/or Healthcare domains is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, operating model, consulting frameworks, quality standards, and talent strategy for the Strategy Consulting function.
• Build and grow a strategy team within a highly collaborative culture.
• Introduce and institutionalize new strategy and decision-enablement capabilities across CMB, equipping internal teams to understand the value of these services.
• Ensure our multi-disciplinary growth strategy consultants enable decisions and deliver client impacts.
• Create a bridge from CMB's research, analytics, and AI capabilities to higher-value advisory engagements.
