Chadwick Martin Bailey, Inc. (CMB) seeks a VP, Strategy Consulting to lead an insights-powered, growth-focused practice.

You will build and lead a cross-disciplinary consulting team, translate complex evidence into executive-ready recommendations, and expand client relationships while shaping strategic growth opportunities from discovery through implementation. This hybrid role can be based in Boston or be remote in the US, reports to the SVP of Growth Strategy, and requires 15+ years of

Qualifications

15+ years of strategy and growth consulting for enterprise clients.
Experience building consulting practices or multidisciplinary teams.
Experience integrating research, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities, activation, implementation.
Strong executive facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
Curiosity about markets, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

Define vision, operating model, frameworks, and talent strategy for the Strategy Consulting function.
Build and grow a strategy team within a collaborative culture.
Introduce new strategy and decision-enablement capabilities across CMB.
Ensure consultants enable decisions and deliver client impact.
Bridge research/analytics/AI capabilities to integrated advisory engagements.
Advise executive clients on growth, customer, and competitive decisions.
Expand executive relationships beyond Insights organizations.
Represent CMB in executive presentations and strategic discussions.
