Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Strategy - Fire & Safety to own the strategy for a leading fire & safety platform within the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role partners with business unit and commercial leaders to translate market insights into actionable execution and to drive sustained profitable growth.

Location: Remote in the United States. You will help build governance, market intelligence, and an innovation discipline to identify high-value growth opportunities and align go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in strategy, corporate development or related leadership roles.
• Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments.

• Define and embed a clear fire and safety platform strategy to support sustained profitable growth
• Partner with business unit leaders to align strategic priorities and execution plans
• Lead portfolio assessments to identify growth and margin expansion opportunities

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Strategy- Fire & Safety to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This leader will own strategy development for a fire and safety business platform, with a focus on driving sustainable profitable growth.

The role partners closely with business unit and commercial leaders to align strategic priorities, sharpen go-to-market direction, and translate market insights into execution.

It will also help build the strategy governance, market intelligence, and innovation discipline needed to identify and prioritize high-value growth opportunities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $134,700 - $202,100 annually

Responsibilities
