Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large programs across functions (Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics).
• 7+ years leading complex growth initiatives or transformations.
• Hands-on experience designing/administering sales goals, territories and KPI dashboards in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Strategy & Execution team to align with sales strategy and financial goals.
• Oversee execution of strategic plans with timely implementation and adjustment to market changes.
• Lead meetings with sales leadership to explain data-driven insights and set goals.
• Support annual sales planning, territory design, quota allocation and team communication.
• Drive operational excellence, data accuracy, and continuous improvement across Mortgage, Housing & Lending.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align strategies and achieve sales objectives.
