Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Strategy and Execution, VP for Government Solutions to drive sales revenue growth through strong business acumen and advanced analytics. You will present findings to senior leaders and lead transformation initiatives.

This role reports to the SVP and GM of Government Solutions and requires a data-driven mindset and excellent stakeholder collaboration. The position is based in Reston with a hybrid schedule (4 days in office).

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large programs across functions such as Pricing, Sales, Strategy.
• 7+ years delivering growth initiatives or transformations.
• Bachelor’s in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Hands-on with sales goals, territories and KPI dashboards in Salesforce.
• Expert-level Excel and reporting in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic plan execution with timely implementation and adapt to market shifts.
• Lead sales leadership meetings to align goals and territory ownership.
• Support annual sales planning, territory design, quota allocation and comms.
• Drive data accuracy and continuous improvement in Government Solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success for aligned strategy.
• Conduct whitespace analysis to optimize sales territories for growth.
• Provide performance analyses for leadership review.
• Offer ad hoc support to Government Solutions team.
