Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking a Strategy and Execution VP to enable revenue growth for Mortgage, Housing & Lending by combining business insight with analytics and technology. The role leads a team and reports to the SVP and GM of US Mortgage & Verification Services, influencing senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.

The position is based in St. Louis with a hybrid office schedule four days per week, and requires extensive collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience leading large programs across applicable corporate functions
• 7+ years strategizing, leading and delivering results for complex growth initiatives or transformations
• 7+ years leading a team of project managers, program managers or strategy consultants
• Hands-on work designing/administering sales goals, territories and KPI dashboards in Salesforce
• Expert-level Excel skills and reporting experience in Salesforce required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Strategy & Execution team, aligning with sales strategy and goals
• Oversee execution of strategic plans, monitor progress and adjust strategies
• Lead meetings with sales leadership to explain data stories and set goals
• Support annual sales planning, territory design, quota allocation and team communication
• Drive operational excellence, data accuracy and continuous improvement in Mortgage, Housing & Lending
• Collaborate with leadership and revenue-generating roles to adhere to processes
• Conduct whitespace analysis to optimize sales territories for growth
• Establish ongoing performance analyses to evaluate contributor behaviours
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align strategies
• Provide ad hoc support to Mortgage, Housing & Lending team
