Mitchell International, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Solutions & Delivery to lead Consulting, Professional Services, and Implementation across the full customer lifecycle from strategy to adoption.

This remote US role partners with product, commercial, and operations leaders to accelerate outcomes and growth. The ideal candidate will drive AI-enabled processes, workflow automation, and enterprise modernization while inspiring a 50+ member team and engaging senior client

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in solutions consulting, professional services, client consulting, technology services, or related disciplines.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing consulting teams, technical organizations, or professional services functions.
• Expertise within casualty insurance, risk solutions, claims technology, workforce management, healthcare technology, SaaS, or other complex business solutions environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior client and executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading large-scale customer engagements, business transformation initiatives, or operational improvement efforts leveraging AI, automation, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, including experience managing performance, priorities, and resources.
• Effective communicator with the ability to lead through change and influence across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Consulting, Professional Services, and Implementation across the customer lifecycle from pre-sales strategy through adoption and expansion.
• Act as transformational leader for a 50+ member team to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and best practices for improved outcomes.
• Position the organization as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders including claims leaders, CIOs, COOs, and business sponsors.
• Design and execute vision, strategy, and priorities for customer-facing consulting and delivery functions.
• Drive organizational alignment across functions to ensure a consistent customer experience and measurable value.
