Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking a VP of Client Growth & Transformation to own end-to-end client partnerships, from strategy and system design through operational execution and performance delivery.

You will operate at the C-suite level with clients, drive AI-powered delivery, and lead a cross-functional team toward measurable business results. Hybrid schedule in NY/Charlotte with some remote days.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, digital operations, product, or strategic planning.
• Experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in production.
• Ability to manage client relationships at VP/C-suite level and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own client partnership delivery from strategy to execution and renewal.
• Lead AI-enabled workflow design and cross-functional program delivery.
• Define KPIs and report on performance to executives.
• Mentor directors, analysts, and operators on the client team.
