Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (IOS) is seeking a VP, Supply Chain Strategy to unite supplier strategy across divisions, manage inventory policy, and reduce material risk. This executive leads enterprise sourcing and establishes guardrails with operations and finance.

You will negotiate enterprise agreements, optimize rebates, and align purchasing with growth goals, while building strong relationships with key suppliers and cross-functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or materials management in a project-based environment.
• Demonstrated success negotiating supplier agreements, rebates, and enterprise terms.
• Experience managing multiple product categories or operating divisions with different demand patterns.
• Strong financial judgment, including total cost analysis, working capital, and supplier risk.
• Ability to influence executives, project leaders, and external suppliers without slowing decisions.
• Preferred background includes door and hardware, electronic security, construction materials, or related building products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise supply chain strategy across divisions.
• Define purchasing authority, thresholds, supplier standards, and escalation rules.
• Set enterprise policies for managed product, inventory exposure, quality requirements, and supply risk.
• Align supply chain priorities with growth plans, financial targets, and customer commitments.
• Lead negotiations for enterprise supplier agreements, rebates, incentives, payment terms, and service commitments.
• Build executive relationships with key suppliers and resolve material performance or commercial issues.
• Establish alternative sourcing strategies for critical or constrained products.
• Approve strategic supplier additions, exits, and exceptions to the sourcing model.
• Sponsor an integrated forecasting process converting backlog and pipeline into supply plans.
• Set targets for savings, rebates, supplier performance, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Review performance and drive corrective action across the organization.
• Lead and develop the broader purchasing organization, partnering with cross-functional leaders.
