SRS Distribution - McKinney is seeking a Senior Vice President, Supplier Relations to drive national supplier ecosystem development, optimize procurement, and manage end-to-end inventory strategies. The role collaborates with Finance, Sales, Operations, and leadership to improve margins and supplier performance.

The position requires deep experience in building materials or manufacturing supply chains, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of leading large cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in supplier relations, procurement, or supply-chain leadership.
• Proven, senior-level negotiation experience with major manufacturers.
• Strong executive presence and organizational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise supplier-relations and inventory strategies.
• Lead end-to-end inventory management and supplier performance.
• Integrate supplier insights with inventory planning to optimize stock and costs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations on forecasts.
• Lead supplier negotiations for national programs and contracts.
• Build high-performing supplier-partner ecosystems and scorecards.
