Job summary

Agility Robotics is building a future where robots work alongside people to make life better. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, ambiguous programs at the intersection of engineering, operations, and supply chain — taking them from an early stage to a running operation.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and external manufacturing and supplier partners to scale production, reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations Program Management & Insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 6+ years in technical program management for complex electromechanical hardware.
• Understanding of hardware development cycle (EVT/DVT/PVT) and its supply chain implications.
• Experience running programs with external manufacturing partners.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate to all levels.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to manage roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own programs end to end from scope through launch and handoff.
• Define plans, milestones, governance, and reusable processes.
• Translate design maturity into sourcing, capacity, and readiness commitments.
• Manage external partners with SLAs, schedules, capacity, tooling, and QA expectations.
• Maintain integrated schedule, critical path, and change control.
• Provide concise updates on health, timeline, and cost exposure to leadership.
