Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles, with a proven track record in Program Management.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Build and mentor a diverse and growing team of program managers.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills to manage a complex portfolio of initiatives.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy defining the path for you and the team.
• 7+ years of experience driving programs in manufacturing/operations space.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of dedicated program managers. Set clear expectations, coach toward growth, and build a stronger team over time.
• Establish and model PM best practices across the team and act as coach.
• Own a portfolio of complex programs requiring structure, judgment, and organizational reach.
• Translate multi-org work into clear progress narratives for executive audiences.
• Identify risks, stalled decisions, and at-risk dependencies before they become problems.
• Other duties as assigned.
