Job summary

Faeth Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated Vice President, Program Management to serve as the operational backbone of our pipeline. Reporting to the CEO, this role connects finance, legal, regulatory, clinical development, CMC, nonclinical, and beyond to ensure nothing falls through the cracks and leadership always has a clear view of timelines and risks.

Roughly 80% of the focus will be on our lead program, PIKTOR, with the expectation to scale into a broader portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma drug development in a program/portfolio management capacity.
• Experience taking a program through late-stage development to approval or commercialization.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and influence senior executives without direct authority.
• Deep knowledge of the integrated drug‑development process across functions.
• Genuinely AI-native with daily use of AI tools.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience supporting BD diligence or alliance management.
• Thrives in a small, fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Experience preparing board/investor materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a single integrated program plan across PIKTOR and the broader portfolio.
• Provide early visibility of risks, timelines, and readouts to the ELT and C‑suite.
• Design governance, stage gates, and escalation paths; draft OKRs.
• Support strategic options; prepare materials for CEO and ELT decisions.
• Leverage AI to synthesize status, dashboards, and cross‑functional communications.
• Manage program budget, resources, and CRO/vendor coordination with Finance.
• Lead BD diligence as internal quarterback for deals.
• Influence across functions to maintain alignment and timelines.
• Prepare board and investor materials.
• Set PM standards, tools, templates, and operating rhythms.
