Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of V1 robotic products from Fremont, CA. You will interface across engineering, operations, commercial and product teams to drive complex hardware and software integration and ensure timely delivery.

You should bring 15+ years in cross-functional TPM roles for hardware/software systems, with experience in robotics or automotive domains, and a strong ability to balance scope, risk, and schedules in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 15+ years in cross-functional Technical Program Management for hardware/software products.
• 8+ years as systems/hardware/software engineer on complex, integrated hardware/software systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience bridging waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience on end-to-end robotics or automotive systems.
• Proven ability to forecast, schedule and manage project financials/operational impacts.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements in engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Align cross-functional workstreams to provide a program-level view.
• Lead and present at senior leadership levels, driving convergence.
• Drive complex cross-functional trades balancing performance, cost, quality, and schedule.
• Coordinate teams developing complex robotic systems and solutions.
• Manage hardware/software development and the operational processes to commercialize the product.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to evaluate scope and design changes.
• Maintain relationships with systems, hardware, software teams, operations, product, commercial and partners.
• Mentor Sponsors, stakeholders and team members throughout the project.
• Improve and report KPIs, OKRs, milestones.
