Qualifications

• 10+ years in leadership roles with a proven track record in Program Management.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages for diverse audiences.
• Build and mentor a diverse team of program managers.
• Strong data-driven decision-making to manage a portfolio across departments.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy defining the path for the team.
• 7+ years driving programs in manufacturing/operations environments.
