Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Program Management to own the discipline and execution of new product launches. You will build and lead a team of Technical Program Managers, align cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial, and report to the COO on program health and tradeoffs.

This is a hands-on leadership role; you will coach TPMs, intervene on at-risk programs, and drive executive-level visibility into portfolio performance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical program management experience.
• 5+ years in a people-leadership role managing TPMs.
• Experience leading hardware/NPI/NPD programs in robotics or complex electromechanical products.
• Proven ability to scale PMO/SPMO in fast-growing companies.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with C-suite and board audiences.
• Fluency with stage-gate, risk management, and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow the Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO).
• Develop and enforce a consistent program management methodology, toolset, and cadence.
• Own the portfolio-level view of all active launch programs and interdependencies.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and commercial leadership.
• Establish and run executive program reviews with data-driven status and decisions.
• Identify at-risk programs early and drive recovery plans.
• Develop and track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in predictability.
• Champion change management as Programs scale to volume production.
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation with Finance and functions.
• Represent PM function in strategic planning and governance.
