Job summary

Aptiv is seeking a Program Manager for Robotics & Drones to lead development, commercialization, and delivery of hardware and software systems. You will manage a team of Project Managers and oversee a portfolio spanning concept to production rollout.

In this role you will partner with engineering, autonomy, product, manufacturing, sales, and leadership to establish scalable processes, manage execution, and ensure successful commercialization of innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, PM, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years leading complex engineering, product development, or technology programs.
• 5+ years of leadership managing Project Managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering hardware and software products through full lifecycle.
• Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of robotics and drone development programs spanning hardware, software, autonomy, and integrated system solutions.
• Mentor a team of Project Managers and establish clear priorities and execution standards.
• Translate business strategy and customer requirements into executable program plans.
• Own program performance, delivery schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
