Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs at the intersection of engineering, operations, and supply chain. You will partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, and external manufacturing to scale production and build reusable processes for future programs.

Based in Fremont, CA, the role requires ~50% travel, cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of hardware development cycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical program management for complex electromechanical hardware.
• Experience with external manufacturing partners.
• Understanding of hardware development cycle EVT/DVT/PVT.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality, operations, procurement.
• Proficiency with Jira or Confluence to manage roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own programs end to end across engineering, operations, supply chain, and partners.
• Build repeatable playbooks for new programs and governance.
• Translate design maturity into sourcing and capacity commitments.
• Manage external partners and supplier commitments.
• Run risk and change control with integrated schedules.
• Provide concise program updates to leadership.
