Job summary

Agility Robotics in Salem, OR is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs bridging engineering, operations, and supply chain. You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and external manufacturing partners to scale production and drive governance, risk, and change control.

The role requires 6+ years in technical/program management for electromechanical hardware, with hardware development fluency and external manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in technical program management, manufacturing program management, or supply chain program management for complex electromechanical hardware.
• Understanding hardware development cycle (EVT/DVT/PVT) and its impact on supply chain and manufacturing.
• Experience managing external manufacturing partners.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate up to executive level.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Programs End to End: Take accountability for large, complex programs spanning engineering, operations, supply chain, and external partners — from scope definition through launch and handoff.
• Build the Playbook: Define the plan, milestones, and governance cadence, then build reusable processes so the next program runs faster.
• Connect Development to Production: Translate design maturity and build plans into sourcing, capacity, and readiness commitments.
• Manage External Partners: Drive statements of work, build schedules, capacity and tooling readiness, quality and yield expectations, with Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Run Rigorous Risk and Change Control: Own the integrated schedule, critical path, and dependency map; manage scope, cost, schedule tradeoffs, and formal change control.
• Provide Transparent Clarity: Deliver updates on health, timeline, and cost exposure to leadership; align cross-functional priorities.
