Agility Robotics is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Operations to bridge the programmatic gap across Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Quality as we scale Digits deployment. You will lead cross-functional programs, drive actions to closure, and maintain a single source of truth in the PM toolchain.

The role requires 2–4 years in program/operations coordination, strong meeting discipline, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of program, project, or operations coordination experience in a manufacturing, hardware, or cross-functional setting.
• Proven ability to run effective meetings and drive actions to closure across teams.
• Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence and solid Excel/Smartsheet skills.
• Clear, concise written communication and executive-ready summaries.
• Organized, self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving ramp environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations execution work across Supply Chain, Tech Ops and Manufacturing.
• Serve as workstream program manager within larger strategic programs.
• Administer and improve the PM toolchain with Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet/Excel.
• Prepare the monthly Operations Program Review package with health metrics and escalations.
• Surface risks early and drive follow-through on decisions and actions.
