Job summary

Vimly Benefit Solutions is seeking a VP of Partnerships to build a scalable partner ecosystem and drive high-quality leads for our sales team. You will source, recruit, and activate consultants, brokers, ERISA lawyers, and other advisors with MEWA and AHP market access.

You will own the partner pipeline, establish SLAs, and work cross-functionally to enable partners and accelerate revenue growth in a PE-backed, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B partnerships, or channel leadership in SaaS/HRtech/benefits/insurance tech.
• Proven ability to build and activate partner networks from scratch.
• Deep knowledge of the advisor/broker/consultant landscape in benefits or insurance.
• Demonstrated success turning partner pipelines into revenue.
• Experience partnering with Sales to qualify and close partner leads.
• Experience in PE-backed, growth-stage environments with accountability for growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a strategic partnership ecosystem.
• Generate qualified sales pipeline through partnerships.
• Activate and enable partners with training, collateral, and co-sell playbooks.
• Orchestrate cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Client Success.
• Bring process and rigor to partnership pipelines, metrics, and forecasting.
