Job summary

World Class Health seeks a VP of Partnerships to build and expand our broker, consultant, and reseller network across the United States. You will drive adoption of WCH within advisor offices, contribute to RFPs, and position us as a preferred specialty-care partner.

You will travel extensively (>50%), cultivate relationships at national and regional firms, and shape partner terms, including revenue share. A 20+ year healthcare background and strong CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 20+ years healthcare experience.
• Experience with digital health startups is required.
• Direct experience with providers and understanding of Centers of Excellence.
• Extensive relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and resellers.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen consultant relationships with national consulting firms and regional brokerages.
• Travel 50%+ to industry events, employer coalitions, and broker offices across the U.S.
• Identify, negotiate, and close reseller and distribution agreements with brokers and other partners.
• Recruit, enable, and grow a national broker network; provide training and materials to sell WCH.
• Track relationships and opportunities in the CRM; report on activity, RFPs, deals and revenue.
